Best-ecolodges.com and its owners, employees or contract workers assumes no responsibility and in no way warrants the quality, safety, legality, truth or accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages provided throughout this website, or the ability of Owners or Advertisers to offer accommodations, goods or services, or of Clients to rent accommodations from Owners or accept offers of goods or services from Advertisers.

None of the information contained in any page on this site is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the Client. You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by Owners and Advertisers. You assume all liability for use of any information you find in any page on this site.

Best-ecolodges.com expects Owners and Advertisers to provide truthful and accurate information, but cannot ensure this, or control the behavior of Owners and Advertisers. Owners and Advertisers (these terms to also include Tour Operators and Travel Agents) are deemed to be responsible for confirming information before enlisting services and to qualify all Clients before entering into a contract but, as Best-ecolodges.com is not involved in any transaction between any party, it cannot ensure that Owners, Advertisers or Clients will complete any transaction nor is it liable for any claim between Clients, Owners and Advertisers. By use of this site, Owners, Advertisers and Clients agree to accept these risks.

Best-ecolodges.com is not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any Client obtained by the use of this site.

Cancellation by Owner

Vacation property listings with Best-ecolodges.com can be canceled at anytime with writing notification. Best-ecolodges.com service will be canceled within two weeks of the day of notification.

Cancellation by Advertiser

Advertisements on this site may be withdrawn or cancelled provided that all conditions of any contract between Advertiser and Best-ecolodges.com have been fulfilled and all monies paid in full.

Listing Policies

Best-ecolodges.com reserves the right to delist any holiday property at its discretion and cancel service without notification. Owners are expected to follow the Acceptable Content Policies*. Listings which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of Best-ecolodges.com.

*Acceptable Content Policies

These policies are established in order to preserve a fair and orderly site for the listing of vacation properties and in order to maintain a "family safe" environment. Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated from time to time.

All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Listings may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to racism, violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. Such references will be removed without notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

Best-ecolodges.com reserves the right to alter, exclude, or reject in part or in whole, any information supplied by Owners. Information submitted to and published by Best-ecolodges.com becomes the copyrighted property of Best-ecolodges.com. Unauthorized copying or use of such information is prohibited by law and is subject to criminal prosecution.

Personal Information

Best-ecolodges.com will collect only such personal information as may be necessary to conduct its services. Best-ecolodges.com will not share personal information with third parties. However, Best-ecolodges.com may use personal information obtained from its services to offer more services (affiliate-owned websites) and/or promote such services to its current customers (including both clients and owners).

Spam

Best-ecolodges.com does not condone spam and will not participate in spamming. Best-ecolodges.com reserves the right to cancel services to those who violate this policy by engaging in Unsolicited Commercial Emails via Best-ecolodges.com's site or by using its information. Additionally, unauthorized use of information by third parties will be subject to copyright law violations and will be subject to criminal prosecution.

Owners and Advertisers providing text and photos assert they own or have been granted license to use the text and photos on this site.
