This Eco Lodge is located in Nawalgarh, town known for its wall paintings. The Eco lodge
has 9 bungalows constructed in the traditional way. Pampas grass is used for thatching the roofs and the walls are made of sun dried clay bricks. All the rooms are decorated with regional handicrafts and feature full bathroom facilities. It is a peaceful location to discover the countryside life of Rajasthan.

We love: The unique opportunity to learn to cook regional dishes and make traditional crafts with local artisans.
Eco friendly highlights:
This Eco lodge is equipped with photovoltaic solar panels to produce electricity and hot water.Rain fall is collected in an underground tank from the roof and used for agriculture. The Eco lodge uses filtered water with reverse OSMOSIS system instead of plastic bottles.
Home made vegetarian food; most of the ingredients come from their organic garden and leaf plates are used to serve the meals which are composted afterward.
Even though there are running hot showers in each room, they try to promote the traditional Indian way of bathing which requires 2 to 3 times less water.
The Eco lodge also supports the NGO 'The Friends of Shekhawati' for the safeguard of Shekhawati's architectural heritage and support of sustainable development projects.
